Tim joined ProShip, Inc. in 1998 and has continuously evolved and grown his contributions to the company, from being hired as a Senior Account Executive all the way to his current role as Vice President.
Tim is closely involved in the day to day technical operations. Tim’s acute sales acumen as well as his finely tuned diplomacy offers both revenue contributions as well as strong company leadership.
Tim began his career in information technology at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in the late 1980's when open outcry trading was migrating to online systems. He earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst College. Before settling in at SPSI Tim also spent a few years consulting for Virchow Krause & Co. where he fine-tuned his knowledge and skill sets surrounding government and institutional sales, network architecture, asset management and compliance requirements for financial institutions.

Tim and his wife and three sons reside in Wauwatosa, WI.
Senior Vice President of Neopost Shipping
Henry joined ProShip, Inc. in 2015 and oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, M&A, Audit, and tax functions.
Henry has over 25 years of experience building and leading finance teams in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity. Prior to joining ProShip, Henry was VP Finance at Thompson Reuters and previously Director of Finance at Wolters Kluwer. He began his career with AT&T and spent 20 years in sales and finance roles in Detroit, San Francisco, and Chicago.
Henry graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and earned a Master’s Degree in Science of Finance from Golden Gate University. Henry has three college age children and resides in Pewaukee, WI. His spare time is spent designing a home to be built on Higgins Lake in Michigan.
Senior Product Solutions Executive
Justin Cramer manages and directs the deployment and integration of ProShip's shipping solutions. Working directly with customers and ProShip engineers, Justin is responsible for the successful implementation of ProShip and helping customers realize long-term satisfaction and value from ProShip solutions. Taking an in-depth study approach to complex implementation problems has allowed his teams to successfully deploy solutions at dozens of Fortune 500 companies as well as 100’s of very large shipping organizations.
Justin has over 13 years of experience in developing, deploying and integrating shipping software solutions. Prior to entering the shipping world, Justin was a naval nuclear operator for eight years, tasked with plant operations and the deployment of tag-out/lock-out software to manage tasks from simple maintenance to complex ship overhaul and nuclear refueling.
Justin and his family reside in Milwaukee, WI. They enjoy regularly participating in charity 5Ks. Justin and his wife strive to teach their children the continuing lessons of citizenship and leadership.
Director of Professional Services
Jim Douglas is responsible to lead and manage customer projects and to ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered.
Jim has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of business management including transportation, logistics and supply chain. Jim's career started with various management roles with two large corporations, GE and BOC Gases, and continued with management and executive roles including ownership with small to medium size companies. Prior to joining SPSI (now ProShip, Inc.), Jim worked as a Principal at an SAP Channel Partner and comes to us with a Bachelor of Science - Mechanical Engineering from Texas A & M University and a MBA from the University of Chicago.
Jim and his wife Shawn reside in the western suburbs of Milwaukee, WI. Both Jim and Shawn stay busy with various extra-curricular athletic, church and school activities with their three children. Jim does find time for a little golf and water skiing in the warmer months.
Carolyn joined ProShip, Inc. in April 2013 to oversee and develop all digital marketing initiatives. She works closely with the sales and marketing teams to align branding, lead generation and Web conversion strategies and processes. With an IT and Web background, Carolyn brings over 15 years of experience to ProShip. Her past experiences have been in the print industry, manufacturing and university environments. Carolyn has a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Carolyn and her family reside in Southeastern, WI. Besides all the running and kids’ activities, Carolyn enjoys playing soccer, golfing, camping, fishing and reading.
