ProShip shipping experts explore how to make returns a strategic part of your client experience at Converge 2021.
It’s a known fact that increased returns go hand-in-hand with increased online sales. After the e-commerce explosion of 2020, most retailers are looking to enhance their strategy for returns. ProShip shipping experts have put together a knowledge session for those shippers looking to gain the competitive advantage with returns.
How to Make Returns a Strategic Part of Your Client Experience
Many retailers see returns as a drag on their bottom line and a drain on their resources. With a few smart strategies, the right returns experience can significantly increase customer life-time value. With this session, attendees will gain an inside look at the different types of returns and how shippers can prepare their operations team for each of these returns.
Speakers will compare reverse logistics and returns to understand the big picture of what this means for not only your internal supply chain, but your overall Customer Experience (CX). Looking at global e-commerce, shipping experts at ProShip will share tips for international returns and the complexities that accompany these shipments. Join ProShip at this session to understand the key differentiators shippers can implement to build a better returns experience.
