ProShip shipping experts explain label modifications and Advanced Rate Shopping at Converge in Orlando.

The 2021 peak shipping season is predicted to be more active than the 2020 season – with capacity constraints likely, as well as new peak surcharges announced each week that we creep closer to peak. So how can shippers prep for a hectic shipping season if many of the factors, like surcharges and carrier partners, are already set in stone?

While much of the 2021 peak prep should have already been completed, there are still a few things shippers can do.

  • Dive into data to understand as much of your shipping profile as possible.
  • For those already owning the technology, prep and research your omnichannel strategies.
  • Be intentional with any supply chain actions you take.

While these are high-level and broad tips, ProShip will complete a deep dive on a few key strategies and processes for the upcoming peak season. Learn more about them at Converge 2021.
