I’m writing today to share with you the news that John Berg, Vice President of ProShip, Inc., has decided to transition from the business world and enjoy an active retirement. John joined the company in 2004 and over the past ten years has had an instrumental role in elevating ProShip Software to the world-class shipping and technology solution it is today. His forward-thinking, innovative approach enabled us to build a strong distribution system and execute on our commitment to providing the highest level of customer service. We thank John for his many contributions to our growth and success, and wish him all the best in his retirement.

Mark Aument, Vice President of ProShip, and I will assume John’s role in leading the company as we continue to move forward with our growth strategies. As you may know, I have been with the company for 16 years. In fact, I was responsible for the recruitment of John and supported him in building the distribution practice that has proven to be a very successful growth strategy. I will remain hands-on in our Brookfield, Wis. office.

Mark is a prominent leader of the Shipping Solutions division within Neopost. His entire career has been in logistics and he is highly respected within the industry. Mark drove the acquisition of ProShip from the Neopost side and knows first-hand the many opportunities we have to further grow the business as part of Neopost.

Mark and I look forward to working with you as we continue to build on our solid foundation, industry leadership and strong customer relationships.

Sincerely,

Tim Casey

Vice President

ProShip, Inc.
