Earlier this month, SPSI hosted a three day ProShip Customer Training Event. Nine distribution customers attended from various parts of the country to participate in custom training specific to their needs. The event was designed to be informal and interactive, while offering advanced information about ProShip.
Customers interacted with their ProShip team – from engineers to sales and support staff – and had the chance to talk with SPSI’s Customer Advocate and the New Development group. Each customer that participated left with a greater knowledge of ProShip, its functions, and insight into the specific areas which were most interesting and valuable to them.
“Thank you for the invite to the Customer Training Event. Even the one day I was there was well spent. I have already told the manager of the functional consultants at ABB who deal with Proship from an application perspective that they need to send someone to the next training event.”
Jon Russell, ABB
SPSI employees had the opportunity to share information on a wide variety of topics including Integrated Version Control (IVC), ProShip Office, ProShip Labeler, Coding and Scripting, and Risk Assessment/Disaster Recovery just to name a few. The SPSI employees also gained valuable feedback based on what is foremost to customers’ expectations and need requirements.
From the words of an attendee and longtime ProShip customer, “This was a great event, very eye opening and gave me much deeper dives into ILS and PSST”, said Chris Martin, Systems Analyst/Developer, Saddle Creek Logistics.
