ProShip Receives FedEx Diamond Award for 4th Year in a Row

This is the 4th consecutive year that FedEx has named ProShip a Diamond Solution provider, the highest level in the FedEx shipping and delivery program.

ProShip is thrilled to continue its valued partnership and Diamond status with FedEx into its fourth year in a row. The FedEx Compatible Diamond Solution Award recognizes ProShip’s superior performance in shipping and delivery methods and procedures. FedEx identifies ProShip as a fully integrated, global multi-carrier shipping and manifesting solution that can handle multiple origins, carriers, modes and service types. ProShip goes beyond the basics to help you reduce the amount you spend on freight, automate and streamline your warehouse processes and provide new delivery capabilities.

Why Being a Diamond Solution Provider is Significant

ProShip's Four FedEx Diamond AwardsFedEx first introduced its Compatible Solution program in 2014 to determine a company’s shipping and delivery capabilities. Selection is based on a variety of criteria – customer service, year-over-year growth in volume, revenues and customer installations, percentage of customer renewals on the newest software versions and maintaining annual software certifications.

Being a Diamond partner allows us access to a number of FedEx field reps. ProShip has FedEx employees available to consult directly with customers and help them compare and contrast solutions. Additionally, our customers aren’t bound to U.S. support hours, so we can support all customers 24/7/365.

Working with FedEx operating companies around the world, ProShip’s unique abilities allow us to handle localized labels and user experience – that is, we can localize errors, set-up screens and print labels beyond the Latin character set. For instance, having Greek error messages or adding Chinese characters to labels.

Additionally, our development and strategy teams meet several times a year with FedEx, providing insight to each other on upcoming software versions, release plans and new features. This offers an unparalleled cohesiveness in offerings to our end users that other providers simply cannot match. ProShip remains one of the first providers to recertify annually on each of the FedEx solutions our portfolio presents, so ProShip customers will always have access to the newest offerings from FedEx.

This year FedEx’s Compatible program expanded into Europe, and ProShip was one of only a handful of companies to also earn Diamond status on that continent.
